Payment
Payment can be made through:
1) PayPal immediatelyafter purchasing an item or
2) Credit Card (through Paypal system no need Paypal account)
The buyer is responsible for any duty / taxes payable in your country.
Shipping
· I will send painting within 1-5 business days of payment.
· All paintings are packaged carefully, fully protected and though I rarely get any damage, anything is of course possible.
· I use Australian post, but if buyer want other service, we can arrange it.
· After I send the painting, I will send track number to you.
· The buyer can choose the way in which the image is sent.
· All postage costs paid by the buyer, before sending packages.

You can pay insurance insurance in case it is damaged/lost.
Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS:
My art is described accurately with color combinations stated in most listings, photographs are as accurate as possible. Variations are possible and colors vary from one computer monitor to another which makes it almost impossible for the painting to look the same on every computer. Returns are accepted in the case of accidental errors in my listing descriptions. I try to work with every customer to resolve any issues, but when no solutions may be available, my return policy is unconditional...
EXCHANGES:
You can exchange artwork you receive as a gift for similar sized/valued artwork that is available in my shop, just e-mail me upon receiving and I will help you with the process.
